The application service provider, an AT&T company, is planning to integrate its product and offerings with those of the telephone and wireless services company, according to Andrew Stern, chief executive officer, USi.

“We are going to see all sort of ways to integrate values between the companies,’’ said Stern.

The company is witnessing a stream of opportunities coming out of the AT&T customer base. “We are looking to take advantage of our wireless capabilities to enable mobile application,’’ added Stern.

“We are trying to reorient our offering and make it easily deliverable to everybody. Network isn’t a problem anymore with AT&T’s network presence all over the world. This is big opportunity for us. And the value of sales force is significantly higher than what we have. Since we are part of the same company, we’ll be able to execute the growth significantly faster,’’ said Balachander Vasireddi, general manager, India operations.

The company, which has India centers in Hyderabad and Bangalore, is also looking to increase its headcount in India. Currently the company employs 275 professionals in India.

AT&T had acquired USi for $300 million in September 2006.
