UGC chairman Arun Nigavekar predicted that multimedia in education would soon become huge business, which India, with its pool of talent, should tap to its advantage. UGC's educational channel Vyas and the Satellite Interactive Terminals being installed in universities and colleges are all unimaginable technological advantages that made education relevant and of quality, he said.
