US player DLG takes over Kochi IT firm

KOCHI, INDIA: California-based Digital Liberty Group (DLG) has picked over 55 per cent stake in Kochi-based Comprehensive Software Solutions and Services (CS3).

DLG is the second largest player in the software quality assurance business in the US.

The company operates in the fields of IT, real estate, hospitality, global investments and genetic engineering and has presence in China, India, Japan, Vietnam and GCC countries.

OK Sanjit, group chairman of DLG said, “We have been pursuing global investment opportunities. With this takeover we are strengthening our presence in the Indian IT space that would be followed by many more in the coming months.”

An enterprise software solutions provider to competitive business markets across diverse industrial sectors, CS3 has provided high-end software solutions to leading utilities and vertical markets.

Once the merger process is over CS3 will go in for a re-branding exercise so as to position it as a DLG group company.

CS3 will also undergo a HR revamp by adding another 150 IT professionals.
