US FCC head declines comment on AT&T-T-Mobile deal
ORLANDO, USA: Federal Communications Commission Chairman Julius Genachowski said he would not comment on AT&T Inc's bid to buy Deutsche Telekom AG's T-Mobile USA, during his keynote address at the CTIA Wireless show.
The $39 billion deal is expected to face a tough review by the U.S. Justice Department and the FCC.
