CHESTER, US: Synygy Inc., provider of sales performance management (SPM) solutions, announced that Boehringer Ingelheim Vetmedica, Inc. (BIVI), the U.S. animal health division of Boehringer Ingelheim Corporation, is utilizing Synygy’s on-demand SPM software and outsourcing services for sales goal management, sales compensation management, and other aspects of its sales operations.
As per a press release, the recently implemented SPM solution now enables BIVI to quickly and easily revise quotas at any time in a structured manner across the sales organization; clearly communicate sales quotas and how they were set or adjusted for each salesperson and sales manager prior to the start of each sales period and create perceived equity in territory alignments across the sales force.
“In the course of our SPM discussions, BIVI determined Synygy had multiple solutions applicable to their needs,” said Mark A. Stiffler, Synygy president and CEO. “The project began with a focus on managing sales goals but quickly expanded to include territory alignment management and incentive compensation.”
