United Biscuits takes a bite with Genpact

NEW DELHI: United Biscuits (UB), a leading European manufacturer and marketer of biscuits, cakes and snacks has signed a contract with Genpact.

Genpact, a player in managing business processes, announced it has been awarded a seven year contract to provide multiple finance and accounting (F&A) services for.

This new partnership will allow Genpact professionals to work alongside the UB team in a concerted effort to boost the effectiveness of existing F&A processes thereby freeing-up resources that can be re-focused on core aspects of the business, added a press note.

Commenting on this new partnership, Jeff van der Eems, UB’s Chief Operating Officer said, “Our partnership with Genpact is the latest step in our ongoing efforts to ensure our finance capabilities are fit for the future. We believe that working with Genpact will give us greater capacity to adapt to changing business requirements.
