uiOne-enabled O2 Ice handset

Features: QUALCOMM Incorporated, developer of advanced wireless

technologies and mobile data solutions, has announced the availability of the

first handset in Europe based on QUALCOMM's uiOne solution. The uiOne offering

consists of an open and flexible combination of products and services to help

develop and deploy rich, graphical user interfaces (UIs) onto mobile devices.








For the same, the company has partnered with O2, one of the mobile service
providers in Europe to design and develop its own brand of devices. The uiOne-enabled

O2 Ice handset is now available at O2 stores, as well as at major retailers in

the UK.
