Uber riders have the option to purchase Camlin crayons through the Snapdeal app and help deliver happiness in the form of numerous donations to these children in NGOs which include – Teach for India, Oxfam India, Bhumi, Care India, Give India and more.

“Through Snapdeal Sunshine, our CSR arm, we continue to provide our users various options to support social causes through the in-kind donation. We are sure that this joint initiative with Uber will get a resounding response. Small gestures like these mean the world to young recipients and encourage our NGO partners in their noble pursuits,” said Rajnish Wahi, Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs & Communications, Snapdeal.

One can donate colour pencils and crayons directly through the Snapdeal website here.

This is not the first time, two companies have partnered. Earlier this year, Uber integrated its services into the Snapdeal app, making Snapdeal a part of the on-demand smart mobility solution.
