As per media reports, Twitter will announce a photo-sharing service at the D9 conference in Rancho Palos Verdes, California, this week.
According to Techcrunch, Twitter could use the Twimg.com domain for the new service. The new image hosting service could be a new avenue for revenue to flow in to Twitter's balance sheets
Recently, Twitter bought TweetDeck for $40 million, a popular third-party software application that organizes tweets, the short messages delivered through the online social network.
