BANGALORE: TriVium India, a CRM product company focused on mid sized and fast

growing enterprises, has announced that they have joined the Compaq Solution

Alliance (CSA) program. The CSA Program allows partners to leverage Compaq's

sales and marketing programs. TriVium will leverage on Compaq's customer base in

the mid sized market for their flagship product SimpleRM. Compaq will showcase

and demonstrate SimpleRM's compatibility over Compaq's entire product line (in

the server segment) in its Solution Expertise Centers.

With TriVium, Compaq will have the marketing advantage of being present

during the early stages of decision-making and during the software evaluation

stages. "Our association with TriVium is in line with our strategy to

develop alliances with technology companies that would ultimately enable our

clients to benefit from rapidly evolving product and technology solutions. The

CRM market in India, especially for the mid-size segment, is about Rs 162 crore

and is growing. Through this alliance with TriVium we hope to address this

market very effectively," said Ms. Neelam Dhawan, director sales and

marketing, enterprise business group, Compaq India.

"Our partnership with Compaq will help us to leverage on Compaq's vast

existing customer base. This alliance will supplement our aggressive marketing

strategy on a national level. Compaq's strong partner and customer network will

definitely give us a competitive advantage", said Ankur Bhatia, Director

Sales, TriVium India.
