TriVium-3Com alliance to open up 400 sales channels

BANGALORE: TriVium Systems, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software

provider for the SME market, has been chosen by 3Com to provide its software

application SimpleRM to the latter’s NBX Solution Providers Program. This

alliance is expected to bring TriVium a new sales channel of over 400 active NBX

authorized resellers that offer 3Com's IP-based business telephone systems. 3Com

feels that TriVium has proven interoperability with the NBX platform for its

product -- SimpleRM, which provides a CRM system for small to mid-sized

organizations and contact centers that require its CRM solution to tightly

integrate with their phone systems.
