Trianz acquires Blue Ally

MUMBAI, INDIA: Trianz Inc, a provider of consulting, IT and BPO services, today announced the acquisition of Megasoft Consultants Inc, a US based IT Services subsidiary of Megasoft Limited.

Under terms of the definitive agreement unanimously approved by Boards of both the companies, the IT business of Megasoft operating under the brand-name of Blue Ally would be acquired by Trianz Inc, said a press release.

“This marks the first of several initiatives Trianz will be undertaking to invest, scale and excel in client services in a dramatically altered global economy” said Sri Manchala, president and CEO of Trianz.

He added that in discussions with clients during these changing times, it is clear that the measures of differentiation are not just domain expertise or cost savings. Blue Ally brings a combination of industry experience and innovative service delivery models, particularly through their investments in SaaS based platforms.

Sri reiterated, “Trianz will further invest in these service capabilities, quality management, infrastructure and employee development to grow as a long-term partner for the combined portfolio of clients”

Trianz and Blue Ally serve several prestigious clients in the High-Technology, Insurance, Banking, Communications and Manufacturing-Retail industry verticals with a portfolio of operations centric Management Consulting, a wide array of IT and BPO Services.

The combined organization will serve clients in North America, EU, India and Japan out of offices in Silicon Valley, Washington, New York area, and multiple centers in India .
