Trend Micro buys Mobile Armor

BANGALORE, INDIA: Venture capital firm Dolphin Equity Partners, L.P. has sold Mobile Armor, Inc., a provider of Enterprise Mobile Data Security (EMDS), to Trend Micro Incorporated.

Both Mobile Armor and Dolphin Equity are based in the US. Trend Micro is a Japan-based provider of network antivirus and internet content security software and services, while Dolphin Equity Partners is a venture capital firm.
