TransWorks, Minacs renamed Aditya Birla Minacs

BANGALORE: TransWorks and Minacs today announced the renaming of their combined entity as Aditya Birla Minacs (subsidiary of Aditya Birla Nuvo).

The unveiling included the launch of a new website to reflect the company’s new identity and multinational footprint.

Dev Bhattacharya, managing director, Aditya Birla Minacs, said, “The new identity leverages both the Aditya Birla and Minacs brands and creates a unique, yet recognizable symbol. We have woven our capabilities into a single brand with one goal—to set the industry benchmark in the global business process outsourcing arena.”

“Aditya Birla Minacs will introduce new services that add value and identify ways to consistently improve our customers’ businesses. Our global presence with 33 centers and best-in-class methodologies will help us grow into new markets and strengthen the level of service we offer to our customers,” he added.

In June 2006, TransWorks acquired Canada –based Minacs, business process outsourcing company.
