TransWorks founders set up outsourcing firm

NEW DELHI: Rizwan Koita and Jagdish Moorjani, founders of TransWorks, have set up a BPO services company focussing on healthcare providers.

The new company, CitiusTech, will provide consulting services, technology development, application development as well as BPO. Apart from healthcare providers, the company also targets information services companies and technology companies.

Earlier, Koita and Moorjani had sold the BPO firm, TransWorks to Aditya Birla Group. Both of them are still associated with TransWorks in advisory roles.

Besides providing revenue cycle management services such as medical coding, billing and collection, CitiusTech will also offer technical help desk and content management services.

CitiusTech is headquartered in Mumbai and has its front-end North American sales office at Vancouver in Washington.
