Responder, a mobile software application and its enterprise counterpart TS Guardian, comprise a suite designed for operational command and control centers providing emergency, security or safety services. It gives these providers the means to more effectively track and manage their mobile field assets in response to alert and alarm conditions being serviced. Plus, it delivers after-action analysis and reporting to guide and assist the future planning decisions of its management staff.

According to Peter Gibbs, chief executive officer of TouchStar, Responder and TS Guardian are all-encompassing and feature an A-Z menu of functionality that will help companies increase productivity, enhance their fleet asset visibility and improve operational transparencies.

“Add to this a quick response facility together with rapid dispatch, messaging, and tracking and tracing capabilities and you can dramatically enhance operational effectiveness and improve process efficiencies,” said Gibbs.

The solution features a powerful, easy-to-use interface that can be driven by a tap of a finger and is supported by any suitable Windows platform designed with touch screen technology. It is fully scalable and incorporates a navigation-centric environment based on the latest spatial database technology.

Online as well as offline mapping is supported with turn-by-turn navigation featuring spoken directions and commands. And, it can be easily integrated with custom built GIS data and a variety of back-office systems.
