Top 5 upgrades expected on Samsung Galaxy Note 2

BANGALORE, INDIA: With the successor to last year’s Galaxy Note rumored to be launched on August 15th , 2012, we look at the reported features in the Note II and find out if the new entrant will put its predecessor to shame.

We have a look at some of the rumors about the components of the Note II, and how it compares with Note I from late 2011.

Processor: The international variant of the Note I had a dual-core 1.4 Ghz Exynos Processor , while the Note II is reported to carry a quad-core 1.6 Ghz Exynos processor. Since it will support the 4G LTE network, US customers will have to settle for a dual-core Snapdragon processor on the Note 2.

Display: While the Note I had a 5.3 inch HD display with a 1280X800 resolution, multiple sources have reported that the Note II will have a slightly bigger 5.5 inch HD screen.
