BANGALORE: With the Indian IT market depicting tremendous growth and information technology becoming more affordable these days, the buying curve has also started rising. Most of the small and medium businesses in India have slowly started adapting the new technology and are looking out for solutions, which would help smoothen their business processes.

These people not only look out for solutions, but also want to be educated on the latest development that takes place in the IT industry. They look for the latest products and also the various solutions that would suit their line of business. After sales support from the vendors is also another area of concern and sometimes they do not know where to look for help. Most of the buyers tend to look for similar solutions, and face similar problems. These are the various issues which will be discussed in the CIOL’s SMB forum at Coimbatore on the 20th Feb’04 at the Residency.
