CLEARWATER,USA:ThreatTrack Security today announced version 7.0 of its VIPRE Antivirus SDK for Windows, which can be integrated into the solution offerings of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) to improve threat detection and to more effectively eliminate malware from their customers' networks. ThreatTrack Security's VIPRE technology is already found in the offerings of leading OEMs like security software firm Faronics and managed services platform developer LabTech.

Globally, ThreatTrack Security OEM partners secure more than 10 million endpoints with the VIPRE Antivirus SDK for Windows and VIPRE Antivirus Linux SDK. Additionally, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) developers participating in the OEM Partner Program are deploying VIPRE technology to secure more than 1 million endpoints worldwide through their MSP partners.

Version 7.0 of the VIPRE SDK offers improvements to the integration process, enabling OEM partners to more easily choose which features and capabilities they would like to add to their own solutions, including the core threat engine for comprehensive antivirus defense, active protection for real-time malware detection, firewall, web filtering and email security.
