In an attempt to create awareness of the importance of testing and to provide a platform for healthy sharing of knowledge, testing site provides processes, practices and key testing concepts to enable the implementation of successful and efficient testing standards in projects.

The new site provides a platform for people to share and interact with experts in the testing field and get quality testing solutions.

Testing.thoughtworks.com leverages ThoughtWorks’ extensive experience in Agile, and in providing practical testing methods and approaches, which allow businesses and IT departments to frequently release better quality software and reduce the cost of testing, by improving testing efficiency.

Recently launched, testing.thoughtworks.com provides a forum for sharing the latest testing techniques that can be directly applied to improve the quality of software products and avoid costly mistakes and oversights.

“Knowledge of what contributes to a successful testing effort is typically gained through experience. The realisation that a testing programme could have been much more effective, had certain tasks been performed earlier in the project lifecycle, is a valuable lesson,” says Sathyan Nair, test architect at ThoughtWorks.

“Testing.thoughtworks.com provides a forum to share experiences and expertise in the testing sphere to stimulate discussion, thought and action, which will raise the bar for quality software testing,” he added.
