Think Harbor in B’lore, allies with BenchmarkPortal

BANGALORE: Consulting and program management services company Think Harbor (TH),

has set up its base in Bangalore and announced their first strategic alliance

with BenchmarkPortal Inc., a datamart of best practices for Purdue University's

Center for Customer Driven Quality. Think Harbor is the first management and

business consulting company to be funded by Global Technology Ventures.

Think Harbor aims to address the remote service operations space by primarily

focusing on opportunities in Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), call center,

customer relationship management (CRM), technical support operations and IT

enabled services outsourcing as its potential market.

Think Harbor’s founder and managing director, Aparup Sengupta said,

"Our company is positioned strategically to offer its services to both the

end customer and service provider through a combination of consulting, program

management and IP creation to create and sustain a world class outsourcing

experience." Sengupta further added that, "the demand supply gap in

the outsourcing space is huge and for India to position itself as a world-class

destination in this area, we need to bring lateral thinking to meet customer

expectations through innovative investment structuring, different fund options

and large scale of operations".
