NEW DELHI: Acer has launched the Veriton 9100 desktops

featuring the Intel Pentium 4 processors. According to Acer, the new range would

enable customers to experience the power of the video and audio processor

specifically designed for the latest Web-based media. The decision to embrace

Intel Pentium 4 processors for Veriton 9100 reflects Acer’s goal of delivering

operating standards not just suited to current technology needs but built in

preparation for tomorrow’s technologies as well.

The Veriton 9100 utilises Intel's Pentium 4 processor to

maximise CPU performance during multi-tasking operations, and lightens the

system workload during heavy professional use of communications and customer

service applications. With processor speeds up to 1.5 GHz, RDRAM expandable up

to 1024 MB, support for 4MB AGP cards, and room for up to seven devices, the

Veriton 9100 is a commercial PC especially suited to high-end professional usage

in today’s Internet-connected office environments.
