Tera Software signs e-governance agreement

NEW DELHI: Tera Software has informed BSE that it has signed an agreement with Electronics Corporation of India (ECIL) to implement the e-governance project of the Motor Vehicles Department, State Government of Kerala. The value of the order is Rs 48 crore. To partly finance the project, the issue of share warrants will be considered by members at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting scheduled to be held on May 20, 2005.
