Tenet launches M-Bank

BANGALORE: Tenet India Pvt. Ltd., a Bangalore-based

communication software solutions provider, has developed M-Bank, a WAP (Wireless

Application Protocol) based solution for Mobile Banking application.

According to a press release issued by the company, M-Bank

was developed by Tenet at its development center in Bangalore and is ready for

launch in the Indian market. M-Bank will allow mobile phone users access to

their banks accounts for services such as Balance Enquiry, Funds Transfer,

Deposits, Withdrawals and DD Requests - Any Time - Any Where.

The release also states, M-Bank is based on end-to-end WAP

solution of Nokia and will integrate seamlessly with the existing IT

infrastructure of most banks and will be future proof in technology terms as

opposed to current SMS based solutions. M-Bank will revolutionizing the way

banking is conducted & will add tremendous value to both the customers &

the bank, claims the press release.
