Telguard and Videofied announce OEM partnership

NEW YORK, USA: Telguard, a leader in cellular alarm communications and interactive services, and Videofied, a leading provider of innovative, wireless, self-powered security solutions, announced an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) partnership to accelerate adoption of video verification.

Under the agreement, Telguard will private label Videofied's award-winning indoor video verification platform and combine it with Telguard's renowned cellular service to allow security dealers to upgrade new and existing security systems to deliver prioritized response via true video verification.

The Telguard video verification solution sends a video clip of the actual incident to the central station for immediate review and dispatch. The central station operator essentially becomes a virtual eyewitness allowing police to respond to a video-verified alarm as a crime-in-progress.
