Follow UsNEW DELHI,INIDA:Telesoft Technologies will be introducing a new voice and video platform at VAS Asia specifically designed with the India and Asia market in mind. The new IVR platform will build on the large installed base of media platforms already deployed in India’s core network.
According to a company press release, Telesoft Technologies has installed its IVR solutions in all telecom circles across India, establishing its market leadership position as a VAS company providing reliable, cost-effective signaling, media & monitoring platforms to the world’s leading Operators, system integrators, OEMs and application developers. In India its OKEFORD Media Platform already serves over 119M subscribers in both CDMA and GSM networks.
“While we have a well established market within the core telecom networks in India, the mobile VAS market is showing extra-ordinary expansion as the mobile infrastructure builds up,” said Tim Daniels, Product Marketing Manager, Telesoft Technologies. “We are building new products specifically for VAS players in India which will be suitable for the Indian market as well as international market, ”
In its most recent report on the mobile VAS market the IAMAI estimated explosive growth rates of 70 per cent in this market space, growing from Rs 5,780 Crores in 2008 to Rs 16,520 Crores in 2010, 40 pc of which is estimated to be colour ring-back tone market.
