Telenor Sweden selects IPTV set-tops from ARRIS

IBC 2013, AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS: Telenor Sweden will be deploying VIP2853 IPTV set-tops by ARRIS Group Inc. as it grows its TV service and offers an enhanced experience for customers.

Telenor will roll out the ARRIS set-tops into customers' homes in early 2014 - paving the way for new HD programming, on-demand services and high-quality IPTV viewing. The VIP2853 features a removable DVR memory module which will allow Telenor customers to expand and add to the memory for recording their favorite programs to watch later.
