Teledata Informatics Q2 PAT up 170 p.c.

NEW DELHI: Teledata Informatics Limited, software solutions company providing enterprise-wide solutions for the Marine, Educational and Utility sectors, today announced consolidated results for the second quarter ended September 30, 2006.

The company’s consolidated net profit for Q2 FY07 surged by 170 per cent to Rs 86.6 crore from Rs 32 crore in Q2 FY06.

Consolidated revenue for the quarter ended September 30, 2006 rose by 339 per cent to Rs 634.3 crore compared to the corresponding period last year, which stood at Rs 144.5 crore.

Consolidated revenue for the first-half of FY 2006-07 stood at Rs 976.6 crore, up by 252 per cent compared to Rs 277.7 crore, recorded in the same period of last fiscal. During the same period, net profit jumped by 100 per cent to Rs 131.9 crore as against Rs 66.0 crore, posted in the first-half of FY 2005-06.
