Tech Mahindra picks new LMS for employee learning prog.

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Tech Mahindra now offers a holistic learning and professional development using the SumTotal learning management system (LMS) of the HR solutions provider SumTotal Systems, a Skillsoft company.  

Tech Mahindra sought to consolidate onto a single LMS platform that delivered the following:

• A seamless user experience that  integrated the LMS with Human Resource Management Systems
• Ongoing synchronization of data across satellite systems
• The ability to migrate content and data from other systems and to create insightful, actionable reports
