The companies have set up a Centre of Excellence (CoE) at Tech Mahindra's Hinjewadi facility in Pune, India, to support communications service providers (CSPs) with their complex OSS/BSS transformation projects.

The CoE, as shared in the announcement, is focused on developing and enabling CSPs with fulfillment solutions that support their service innovation and delivery objectives. In the new lab, operators are able to experience Comptel's suite, including catalog, order management, logical inventory, and provisioning and activation capabilities, in action. Trained experts are on hand to guide CSPs through real-world use cases, as well as conduct proof of concepts, demonstrating the efficiency and other benefits that can be realised through Comptel's and Tech Mahindra's fully integrated offerings.

"The opening of the new Comptel CoE at Pune is an exciting milestone in our journey," said Murali Madhavan, OSS Head, Tech Mahindra. "The CoE is an ideal platform for showcasing how Comptel's robust suite of fulfillment solutions, combined with our delivery expertise, can accelerate CSPs' IT and business transformations. We are committed to building and maintaining this relationship for the long run."

"Comptel is excited to drive the fulfillment market forward in partnership with Tech Mahindra," said Antti Koskela, CTO, Comptel. "We've had the technology and significantly strengthened our project delivery ability. Now, this CoE will help bring to life the efficiency and other operational improvements that CSPs have longed to achieve. We are at the ready to guide CSPs' through their complex OSS/BSS transformation projects."
