A job in tech industry is aspired by tons of people with its high pays and higher perks. But pays and perks are no guarantee for employee satisfaction. Not all companies think about employee happiness and contentment.

So, for those who are toying with the idea of floating their resume in the market, we present to you a list of tech companies via job-hunting site Glassdoor, which are making their employees happiest.

And it isn’t Google or Facebook that tops the chart.


Leaving behind the giants like Facebook, Apple and Google, Airbnb is the company that takes best care of its emplyees. Founded in August 2008 and based in San Francisco, California, Airbnb is a trusted community marketplace for people to list, discover, and book unique accommodations around the world.
