The company is targeting to create more awareness of its brand and its moon mission. Madhumita Bhattacharya, program lead, TeamIndus Foundation, said, “The idea is to create excitement about space and engineering, not just the Moon Mission. We want students to be aware of the work happening here and the opportunities present in this nascent industry."

The initiative is being led by TeamIndus Foundation, the CSR arm of TeamIndus. The company has already signed some 50 college students and plans on adding more over the next few months. With this initiative, students will form a space club, organizing related activities to promote TeamIndus in their colleges.

In return, students will either be called to visit the private space company’s headquarters or provided a chance to interact online with TeamIndus engineers and scientists to learn more about engineering and designing a moon mission. Some of the selected students will also get the opportunity to intern with TeamIndus engineers in future.
