TCS in the list of 50 most engaged workplaces in the US

NEW YORK, USA: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) announced today that, for the second year in a row, it has been recognized as one of the Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces in the United States, and also was honored as one of the top companies in Canada.

The annual award celebrates employers that demonstrate a strong, consistent commitment to their employees and a high level of innovation in regularly engaging them.

The Achievers 50 Most Engaged Workplaces award is given each year to the companies and organizations that display the best leadership and innovation in engaging their workplaces.

Judges evaluate each applicant based on the Eight Elements of Employee Engagement: Communication, Leadership, Culture, Rewards and Recognition, Professional and Personal Growth, Accountability and Performance, Vision and Values, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
