TCS chasing 15 large outsourcing deals

BANGALORE, INDIA: Tata Consultancy Services Ltd is seeing strong demand for outsourcing services and India's top software services exporter is chasing 15 large deals, its chief executive said on Thursday.

The company, part of the Tata Group that spans commodities, autos and services businesses, earlier posted a 24.3 percent YoY growth in profit (Indian GAAP) for the quarter ended June 30, 2010.
