TCS to acquire space in Bhubaneswar

BHUBANESWAR: Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is acquiring a full floor for its software development center and office at the eight storeyed Fortune Tower located at Bhubaneswar. A top official of the state information and technology department informed this.






TCS had signed an MoU in November last year with the state government for establishment of its center. It had applied for the allotment of a full floor of 38,000 square feet area in the tower. "The Industrial Development Corporation (IDCO), the nodal agency of the state government for providing land and infrastructure to such projects, has already taken the decision to provide the required space, Within a day or two every thing would be formalized," the official said.





Fortune Towers boasts of world-class infrastructure and amenities including excellent connectivity through Software Technology Parks of India (STPI)'s gateway, central air conditioning, dedicated power feeder, 24-hours water supply, covered parking facility, capsule lifts to all upper floors and soothing landscaping etc.
