Tata Infotech's Q3 net up 13%

NEW DELHI: Tata Infotech Ltd has reported 13 percent increase in net profit after taxes for the quarter ended December 31, 2004 to Rs 20.23 crore, which was impacted by higher taxes on account of higher taxable income.





The total revenue for the third quarter ended December 31, 2004 grew by 36 percent to Rs 200.01 crore as compared to Rs 146.56 crore in the corresponding period last year.





The Company stated that it continues to make good progress quarter on quarter in all segments of its business and all geographies. The Board of Directors will meet on February 2, 2005 to consider an interim dividend for the current financial year.
