Tally strengthens customer outreach program

NEW DELHI, INDIA: With the sole objective of ensuring complete customer satisfaction, Tally Solutions Pvt Ltd, India's most popular business management software product company, has successfully conducted 64 sessions of Tally Awareness Camps (TAC) both across the country and abroad.

In a short span of nine months, TAC has helped Tally Solutions reach out to more than 6000 customers, especially in the tier 2 and tier 3 cities in India.

Tally Awareness Camp is one of the many simple yet powerful initiatives taken by the company to educate and empower users to "Do more with Tally.ERP 9".It is a combination of an exciting learning environment along with live demonstrations by Tally experts.

These sessions aim to help customers derive more value as a user of Tally, by demonstrating the various ways in which Tally can help maximize the operational efficiencies of their businesses. The one-to-one discussion with the experts helps in making the forum more interactive and useful for the customers. The most popular topics in the forum have been Banking, VAT and TDS.

"The Tally Awareness Camp helped us understand the comprehensive features of Tally.ERP9 in a manner that was very easy for us to understand. In the Q & A session that immediately followed the lecture, the Tally experts sorted out many difficulties faced by our accountants. Needless to say, we would love to be invited to such events in future as well," said Rishabh Jain, a businessman from Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
