Talisma, HCL Tech in strategic partnership

MUMBAI, INDIA: Talisma Corporation Pvt. Ltd., a provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions, has announced an alliance with HCL Technologies Ltd – BPO Services to offer HCL clients an end-to-end service with Talisma CRM.

Talisma’s wide expertise in offering customers with CRM applications, along with HCL’s expertise in the BPO segment will help in offering their clients enriched service centre functionality as part of a fully-managed service to support CRM Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) propositions, said a press release.

Talisma said this strategic alliance will aid in addressing the diverse and sophisticated needs of clients both large and small.

CRM Management is the key to businesses across major verticals like Retail, BFSI, Telecom and Utility for customer retention and acquisition, with the available opportunity in each of the verticals higher than USD 20 billion in the focused geographical region. The increasing customer-centricity and customer service orientation of businesses has created a huge demand for CRM applications.

This joint go-to-market strategy enables enterprises to choose CRM BPO solutions either on a project or on a process management basis, the release added.

“This strategic alliance would prove to be highly advantageous to the current HCL customer relationships, especially since modulated services like marketing, sales and services management can now be availed through all channels interrelated with existing applications and software, and without significant investment,” said Neeraj Tandon, Head – Retail & Utilities, HCL Technologies Ltd- BPO Services.

In the new world, enterprises are looking at solutions that are proven, on-demand with effective cost models and the Talisma-HCL model addresses this opportunity effectively and provides the market with a combination of wing-to-wing and modulated solutions, based on specific client requirements, said Talisma.
