Over the next few months the newly formed Advanced Learning Centre will handpick a series of 120 high calibre trainees that will undergo the rigorous three month curriculum taught by industry experts. The ALC plans to add other innovative programs in the future that will train new graduates in niche areas that will cater to the talent needs of Maveric Systems, said a press release.

“Maveric’s growth plan for the next 3 to 5 years leads us to believe there is significant potential in the non-functional testing space across geographies. Having the right talent enthused with the focus on delivering maximum value to the customer will be one of the vital factors to capitalizing on this potential. Therefore, we see enormous value in launching this centre with TalentSprint,” said V.N. Mahesh, executive director, Maveric Systems.

“We see a growing need for non-functional testers in the industry. However, there are almost no training programs in this area for either experienced or entry level testers. Hence we are pleased to introduce this innovative program,” remarked Madhu Murthy Ronanki, executive vice president and Head, hoftware Testing Practice at TalentSprint.

“As global clients start to place emphasis on advanced capabilities in the areas of test automation, performance testing, and security testing, firms like Maveric that are investing in these skills will be better positioned to climb the services value chain and differentiate themselves with new offerings. The programs are managed by Talent Sprint and being conducted at their premises within the IIIT campus at Hyderabad.
