The campus, to be built on 20 acres at Whitefield on the outskirts of the city by 2012, will have a software development centre, residential apartments, cafeteria and multi-level car parking.

With a pan-India presence and overseas offices in Malaysia and the UAE, Synergy has developed about 100 million square feet of high value properties for retail malls, IT parks, special economic zones, campuses, hotels, hospitals and premium residences.

"Our strength is the ability to deliver buildings to international standards within key parameters of cost, quality and schedule. Our project management processes are supported by innovative, hands-on delivery procedures, including a new online management information system (MIS), custom made for us by IBM," Prasad said.
