Synaptris launches customer community portal

CHENNAI, INDIA: Synaptris Inc., a reporting and analysis solution provider, announced the launch of its Customer Community Portal, SynChronize.

SynChronize provides its customer-base with a platform to learn how to leverage their investments in Synaptris solutions better, collaborate with each other, adopt best practices and share knowledge, said a press release.

The interactive platform encourages customers to use the power of collaboration and derive maximum benefits from the Synaptris community. SynChronize also provides Synaptris with a powerful platform to connect with its 2250 customers across 80 countries.

The key components of SynChronize include Discussion Forums that allows sharing of information and ideas; a Resource Bank that includes whitepapers, product information and flash demos; key announcements and industry updates; and a section on Tips and Tricks from Synaptris’ product experts.

“This initiative will help us establish a deeper connect with our customer community”, said Nagaraj L. Bhargava, chief operating officer, Synaptris.

He added that SynChronize would help them to understand their customer needs better and also enable their customers to maximize the value they derive from Synaptris solutions, thereby increasing their ability to make faster and more informed decisions based on critical data.
