Symphony partners with IBS

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Symphony Service Corp., a provider in global product engineering services, today announced it has signed IBS as a new client.

IBS, provider of the IBS Enterprise software that automates and accelerates every critical process needed in a distribution business, has hired Symphony Services to provide software products to automate internal processes.

IBS decided to partner with Symphony Services because of the depth and breadth of its expertise in delivering products for process automation, said a press release.

The Symphony Services team of software professionals has played an instrumental role in offering a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that has proved instrumental in helping IBS automate internal processes due to IBS’ significant growth rate and interest in Cloud-based services

Additionally, IBS is leveraging Symphony’s RPM Product Suite of Business Intelligence Software, which enables tools necessary to deploy the next generation multi-dimensional analytics to enhance the intelligence capabilities of IBS Enterprise software.IBS has also selected Symphony’s award-winning Expense Management System (EMS) which has allowed IBS to gain control over its IT and desktop lifecycle, improving the bottom line and optimizing performance.

Finally, Symphony Services’ SUMMIT SaaS product suite has significantly improved IBS’ IT governance; optimized service levels; increases the team’s overall productivity; and provides maximum IT management benefits.
