Sybase brings PowerDesigner to India

BANGALORE, INDIA: Sybase Software (India) Pvt Ltd., a provider in enterprise infrastructure and mobile software, today announced the launch of Sybase PowerDesigner 15 in India, an all-in-one modeling and design solution for enterprises that need to build and streamline business processes quickly and consistently.

The new version of Sybase PowerDesigner provides enterprise architects, IT professionals and business managers with the ability to improve business and IT alignment through its unique Link and Synch technology, said a press release.

It would also increases the capability for impact analysis and provide greater visibility for all stakeholders independent of technical experience. PowerDesigner 15 would removes those silos, streamlining the enterprise's ability to respond to change.

PowerDesigner 15 allows for easy analysis and impact measurement between the current “as-is” state of the business and the desired “to-be” state allowing for accurate, predictable and reliable IT resource planning in line with business goals.

It is basically used to align IT and business goals for meeting regulatory compliance and migrating to modern architectures such as service-oriented architectures (SOA).

It features a unique Link and Synch technology that would automatically and intuitively captures the intersections between all architectural layers and perspectives of the enterprise, allowing users from all groups to clearly visualize and effectively implement fast, reliable and predictable change, the release added.
