Orc Software, a provider of technology for advanced trading and connectivity, added in the announcement that the order was booked in Q4, 2008.

“As we evaluated several technology options for supporting our trading, it soon became apparent that Orc provides just the right solution for our needs,” said Brian Sparks, CEO, Banque Du Bois. “Orc has excellent references from other Swiss customers, they offer excellent standardised functionality and very stable market access,” We also appreciate Orc’s extensive integration capabilities, which allows us to easily add functionality using third-party development.”

Christopher Lederer, Vice President Sales Western Central Europe, Orc Software added in the press note, “By replacing an in-house developed trading solution with the Orc platform, Banque Du Bois will have all the benefits from a standard software solution including industry-leading performance, functionality and support, while keeping the option to build a system that is also tailor-made for their specific requirements.”
