Swipe launches kids smartphone with parental control and geo-tracking

BANGALORE, INDIA: Swipe Technologies has launched Swipe Junior, an Android smartphone built specifically for kids at a price point of Rs. 5999. Swipe Junior is targeted towards the kids and teenagers in the age group of 5-15 years.

The 3G dual SIM Android based phone is powered with 1.3 GHz Dual Core Processor, 512 MB RAM and a 4GB ROM to store movies, educational films and informational apps. The 4.5” IPS display makes watching cartoons and educational shows a real delight. Swipe Junior also has a 2MP rear camera and 0.3MP front camera which helps the kids to capture their imagination. The long lasting 1900 mAh battery keeps the kids occupied and entertained throughout the day.
