BANGALORE, INDIA: A successful organization is one that adopts to change and sustain the same to retain the numero uno position, said K Dinesh, co-founder and member of the board of Infosys Technologies Limited.

Speaking at the seminar on “Learning for the Future- Ideas for Action” hosted by e2e Business Solutions, Dinesh elucidating Infosys story towards business excellence, said, “Once you win a race, that is not enough. One has to sustain it to be on the top again and again. Sustenance is very important to succeed in the flat world.”

Extensive domain expertise, information, global delivery model, ability to scale and competent management team and leadership are indispensable to achieve success in the flat world, he added.

Yeshasvini Ramaswamy, director- People Practices, e2e Business Solutions described a successful organization of the future as a ‘chameleon’- one that adapts to the changing environment.

Ramaswamy emphasized the need for training and role it plays if an organization has to swiftly adapt to changes. She said that an organization has to customize its training and development according to the various stages of the organization life cycle. She also highlighted the need for ‘business training ‘ for HR as well.

Poornima Shenoy, president, India Semiconductor Association and Ravi Raman, COO, i-flex BPO, the other key panelists highlighted the importance of enhanced talent pool and how flexibility to adapt to the changing times can enables talent retention and growth of an organization.

This is the third symposium organized by e2e Business Solutions, a two-year old company that offers HR consulting services.
