Suresh Rajpal to quit Trigyn

BANGALORE: Trigyn Technologies’ president and CEO Suresh Rajpal has

reportedly submitted his resignation to the company’s Board of Directors

citing personal reasons for his decision. The Board of Directors of Trigyn

Technologies has accepted the resignation, which will be come into effect within

a month from Thursday.

However, Rajpal has agreed to assist the firm during the transition period,

till a new CEO is appointed to the board. The firm’s Chief Financial Officer

(CFO) KS Sudarshan, will take over the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) and

report directly to the Board of Directors. A search has been launched for a new

CEO.

Trigyn Technologies, a leading software products and services company,

focuses on providing Internet centric software solutions and services. The firm

has over 600 employees located across India, Europe, the US and Asia. The firm

also has extensive experience in the IT field and has established its offices in

India and overseas. The firm has built a strong track record of providing

solutions to clients worldwide in areas including software development, project

management and marketing.
