TRIVANDRUM: Keeping in line with the facilities offered by its fully automated loyalty solution for the BFSI industry, Trivandrum-based technology company SunTec has unveiled measures to capitalise on the customer loyalty management requirements of the communication, media and entertainment (CME) market by empowering service providers to control customer attrition and maximize profits.

According to K Nanda Kumar, CEO of SunTec, “The company's loyalty solution is specially designed to interface with any legacy billing system, so that service providers can incrementally add the necessary functionalities without replacing the existing infrastructure.”

He added: “The facility to manage customer service and pricing, to provide the right quality of service at the right price to each customer segment, enables service providers differentiate their offerings in an intensely competitive and commoditised market.”

Since high-value customers contribute more to profit, service providers could choose to offer exclusive rebates or discounts to retain them.

The new relationship loyalty solution uses the customer’s history of business to enable service providers to personalise rebates or discounts tailored for any target customer segments.

Such value-creation pricing strategies provide the competitive edge to providers, by enabling them to offer lower price points to known high-value customer segments, without compromising on profitability, a company official added.

SunTec’s Relationship Loyalty platform facilitates the incorporation of the output, in terms of loyalty point balance accumulation and redemption into the existing end-user invoice, the official added.
