SugarCRM announces Qontext support

MOUNTAIN VIEW, USA: Qontext, a business social networking platform to make companies more agile and efficient has been SugarExchange certified by SugarCRM, the commercial open source CRM leader.

The new integration with Qontext, social enables SugarCRM users to follow and collaborate with associates, partners and customers via a single platform.

Unlike emails, which get buried, lost and forgotten, Qontext allows people to easily find documents and discussions months or even years later, right on an opportunity or customer account page for example.

With Qontext, these social conversations can bridge across SugarCRM to link with other applications. Qontext also lets people work collaboratively on documents and important projects. Employees can stay on top of what’s going on in the company with real time feeds and get customized alerts when important events happen, such as a new opportunity posting, product shipment or delay.
