Sugar mill to squeeze gains from HR tool

AUSTIN, US: StepStone Solutions has announced that Grupo Azucarero Mexico (GAM) will begin the implementation of a fully integrated StepStone Solutions Talent Management system for its sugar mills and corporate office to support GAM’s business strategy and plans for continued growth.

The implementation includes modules for Human Resources, Performance Management, Skills & Competency Management, Training and Development Management, Career & Succession Planning and Reporting.
